With over two decades of legal experience, primarily in the area of family law, Andy is an advocate you can trust. He does not take that trust lightly and realizes the personal and financial toll family law litigation forces upon litigants. Engaging in expensive, stressful litigation should not typically be a first option and often benefits the attorneys more than the litigants, which is a result Andy strives to avoid. He does not view the term “pit bull” as being complimentary and, if that approach is what a client is looking for, he will be the first to say that he is not the best option. He does not take every case, particularly if he disagrees with the potential client’s objectives, which he feels gives him added credibility in any court.
From 2016 through 2024, he was honored to partner with Roger Sandberg (now Whitman County Superior Court Judge) and the legendary Timothy Esser (until his retirement). That firm, Esser, Sandberg & Boyd, PLLC, has now become Boyd Law Group, PLLC.
